Production management for PUSZCZA, an AMA Film Academy short film directed by Maciej Kowalewski and shot in Szczecin, Poland. Working alongside the director, I organised pre-production and the shoot.

My role. The production.
Working alongside director Maciej Kowalewski, I coordinated planning, the budget, props, line production, crew and casting, connecting the production departments from preparation through four shooting days across several locations in Szczecin. The work also included organising a recreated rave scene and casting approximately 100 people for a shot. My remit covered pre-production and the shoot; post-production was outside this scope.
